Net·Yield has a pricing plan to meet all company needs. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!

 

1. SELECT THE PLAN that is right for you (Purchase or Rent)

a. Purchase Plan - Use this option to purchase the license outright. Obtaining the correct user count is important. There's no need to overbuy users, more can be added at any time.  Our consultants can assist in determining user count.

 

$1,995.00 per concurrent user*.  Add Support Plan (#2) and Consulting Plan (#3)     
 

b. Subscription (Rental) Plan - Select between quarterly or annual rental plans.

2. Support Plan (Purchase Plan Only.) -  Rental plans include Support

Commitment Period

$1.00/day/user

-Support plans provide 7x24x365 help desk (not for training), plus software updates.

-Payment for the Commitment period is due at the beginning of the period.

-Support subscriptions are billed 120 days before their anniversary date and are due 90 days before the anniversary date.

3. Consulting Rates (Implementation of NetYield / Training)

Consulting Program Installation labor will vary from company to company based on several factors.  These include the number of users, functions needing to be taught for that type of company, the time dedicated to training, language or scheduling problems, etc. For these reasons, we simply suggest a plan based on over 200 installations and will charge you only for the actual time used. Our rule of thumb is to plan on 12.5 hours/user, with a minimum of 75 hours.

A 40% deposit of the estimated total is due to start, with the balance due on the ‘go-live’ date.

Credit Cards (Visa, MC, Amex) or Company checks are accepted.

*Concurrent Users: Net·Yield is sold on a ‘Concurrent user’ basis, which means that you only have to purchase the number of users who have access to the system at the same time. For example, if you have 10 computers in your office, but only 7 people need to be logged in, you only need to purchase 7 users (but you could install the software on all 10 computers). We will be happy to provide a customized quotation for you that will include the purchase of licenses, installation and training, and a support plan for your company.
